Six weeks, one step at a time.
Each week raises one thing: the number of blocks or their length. Week 1 is 2 blocks of 25 minutes, a load you can finish on day one.
Clean days out of seven: days on which every planned block was finished. A bad day’s minimum is one 25-minute block.
Week 6 asks for 4 h 35, at or above the roughly four hours found in elite performers. Settle at 4 × 55 and that is a full result.

How do I take the three?
Lion’s Mane: two scoops in your first coffee, before block 1. Brain Tech: two capsules after breakfast, with water. Reishi: two scoops in cacao, plant milk or herbal tea, after the shutdown.
Is this a subscription?
