“Nootropic” is a loose word for things people take with thinking in mind: plant extracts, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. A stack is several of them in one capsule.
Coffee is the one most people already use. Some stacks add caffeine. Ours has none.
Three things to look for
- A dose for every ingredient. A label that prints one “blend” total cannot tell you how much of anything you are taking.
- Standardised extracts. “Bacopa” says which plant. “Bacopa, 45% bacosides” says how strong.
- Whether there is caffeine in it. Some stacks add it. You may already have had enough.
What two capsules give you
- Zinc, 10 mg. Contributes to normal cognitive function.
- Vitamin B6, 5 mg. Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
