No. The capsule shell is gelatin, which is animal-derived. It is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Everything else on the shelf uses HPMC.
Nothing. Cordyceps is a fungus and no fungus carries an authorised claim; EFSA rejected L-theanine; ashwagandha, rhodiola, astragalus and grape seed are botanicals, and the CJEU closed the on-hold route in April 2025. We can publish the composition and the doses. That is the whole permitted list.
