Health and Nutritional Claims Disclaimer

At Solve Labs, we strive to comply with regulatory guidelines regarding health and nutritional claims across all markets in which we operate. As part of a rapidly evolving functional food and supplement industry, we continually seek professional advice to remain compliant with emerging laws and regulations.

We emphasize that many health benefits associated with the ingredients in our products, such as mushrooms (Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Reishi), adaptogens, plant-based proteins, and other functional ingredients, have not been legally approved for health claims in various regions. While we base our formulations on traditional uses and emerging scientific research, regulatory frameworks often lag behind these developments. As such, we are restricted from making specific health claims unless officially authorized.

Our product claims align with the guidelines provided by the UK Nutrition and Health Claims (NHC) Register and on-hold health claims register, which you can explore here:

We remain committed to transparency and regulatory compliance and encourage our customers to learn more about the ingredients in our products through independent research.

Some ingredients in our products, such as vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients, have authorized claims under regulatory guidelines. For instance:

  • Electrolytes: Contribute to hydration and normal bodily functions.
  • Caffeine: Helps increase alertness and improve concentration.
  • Pantothenic Acid: Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Nutritional highlights of certain products include:

Mushroom Ingredients 🍄

Currently, no approved or on-hold health claims exist for mushrooms such as Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Reishi in the regulatory frameworks we follow. While research on these ingredients is promising, we cannot legally describe their effects on health. Instead, we encourage you to explore credible resources:

On-Hold Claims 🚦
