Getting your greens into one glass. A scoop also carries 75 mg of vitamin C, 94% of the reference value, and vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Not compared with a capsule. A daily serving of our Lion’s Mane capsules is 1,000 mg; this carries 120 mg each of reishi, tremella, maitake and cordyceps. That is breadth rather than depth, and if you want a dose of one mushroom you should buy that mushroom.
Bacillus coagulans MTCC5856 at 10 billion CFU, and a five-enzyme complex. Both are on the label with their amounts.
It is a greens powder with barley and wheat grass in it, so there is a green note. The ginger and the acerola sit over the top of it.
