Because of one ingredient. A claim attaches to a nutrient, and the gummy contains no vitamin or mineral at all — reishi, GABA and saffron each hold nothing. This has 100 mg of magnesium a serving, which is 26.7% of the reference value, and the law requires 15% before a claim may be used.
No. Nothing in this needs to be cycled off, and it is not habit-forming.
