Speciality Arabica · Lion’s Mane · rhodiola · 330 g · 30 cups
Coffee is a crop, and crops can carry mould toxins. Most brands say “tested” and stop. This bag went to an accredited laboratory, and these are its numbers.
GBA Polska, accreditation AB 1095. Tests finished on 6 October 2025.
B1, B2, G1 and G2 all came back below the limit the method can measure.
The EU limit for roasted coffee is 3.0 µg/kg.
Report B/0/09/2025/1242/F/1, the laboratory’s own document, is linked below.
Read the laboratory report (PDF) Micrograms per kilogram of coffee. Results apply to the batch tested.

It is ground coffee, so it brews in whatever you already own.
One cup. Scales are how it comes out the same every time.
200 ml of water at 93–96 °C. Dripper, French press, moka pot, AeroPress or espresso machine.
Black, or with milk, a plant drink or a pinch of cinnamon.
Do not exceed one cup a day.

The first cup, before the first task.

On the hob, the weekend way.

Thirty cups in a 330 g bag.
Speciality-grade Arabica from Brazil, roasted in Poland and ground, with two extracts milled into it. No sugar, no flavouring, no creamer. No health claim is authorised for the extracts, so this page gives you the amounts and stops there.
In one cup11 g
Per 11 g cup. Ingredients: ground Coffea arabica L. beans, Lion’s Mane fruiting-body extract, rhodiola root extract. Tested for mycotoxins in an accredited laboratory: the report is on this page. Vegan.

Speciality grade: scored 80 or more out of 100 at cupping. Cocoa and nut notes, a mild acidity. Roasted in Poland in small batches.

Hericium erinaceus. Fruiting bodies only: the 500 mg in a cup is drawn from 5 g of mushroom.

Rhodiola rosea, the arctic root. From the root only.
Three things in the bag, and that is the whole list.

It tastes like full on proper, strong coffee. A dense, rich coffee that I find very agreeable.
“A very nice brew indeed. A nice smooth coffee…”
Carol · verified buyer“…the taste is fantastic…”
Michael · verified buyer“Not only does it taste great…”
Melanie · verified buyerThe base is the same: ground speciality coffee, 100% Arabica from Brazil, roasted in Poland. They differ in what goes in beside it, and in the part of the day we made them for.

Absolutely love this coffee! it’s the perfect blend of taste and health benefits. the adaptogens give me a clear mind and sustained energy throughout the day. highly recommend to all coffee lovers!
Elaine · UK · verified buyerThe big Mushroom Coffee banner on the front may put some people off, but this is ground Arabica beans with extracts of Lion Mane fruiting body and Rhodiola Rosea that you CANNOT taste. What it does taste like is a dense, rich coffee that I find very agreeable. Brewed in a cafetière and served in a mug with a splash of oat milk and half a teaspoon of dark Muscovado sugar, it tastes like full on proper, strong coffee. If you want a coffee that tastes like coffee and has some added health benefits, give it a try.
Simon · UK · verified buyerOne of a Kind Coffee This is a truly unique coffee. Not only does it taste great, but thanks to Rhodiola and Lion's Mane, it gives a real energy boost. Personally, I'm very sensitive to Rhodiola and can clearly feel its impact on my body. It's a perfect combination, both before a workout and for mental work.
Melanie · UK · verified buyerthis coffee has exceeded my expectations. the taste is fantastic, and the added benefits of lion's mane and rhodiola make a noticeable difference in my concentration and energy levels. five stars all the way!
Michael · UK · verified buyerA very nice brew indeed. A nice smooth coffee infused with mushroom goodness.Nicely ground, I have been using this in a mokka pot for my morning pick me-up.The mushroom flavour is there but only if you're looking for it. Subtle but nice. The earthy flavour does suit coffee rather well.

Same ritual, different cup — and the two things coffee-for-breakfast misses. Ground speciality Arabica, not instant. It goes in whatever you already brew with.
15% comes off in the basket on three items or more, as a one-time purchase.
Yes. The base is 100% speciality-grade Arabica from Brazil: full, slightly sweet, with notes of cocoa and nuts. The extracts are there in amounts that do not cover the coffee. If you are sensitive to flavours you may pick up a faint earthy note in the background; most people do not. With milk or a plant drink you will not find it at all.
In its form, and everything that follows from it. Instant coffee is a brewed coffee that has been evaporated, and it loses most of its aromatic compounds on the way. This is ground coffee, so the aroma is released when you brew it, in your kitchen.
An espresso machine, a filter machine, a dripper, a French press, a moka pot or an AeroPress. Anywhere you would normally brew ground coffee.
93–96 °C. Boiling water (100 °C) pulls bitterness out of the coffee, so wait a moment after the kettle clicks.
Yes, and many people do. Brazilian Arabica stands up well to milk and does not get lost in it.
Three things: ground Arabica coffee, Lion’s Mane fruiting-body extract DER 10:1 (500 mg a cup) and rhodiola root extract DER 4:1 (130 mg a cup). Nothing else: no sugar, no flavourings, no creamer, no fillers.
That the beans went through a standardised sensory assessment, called cupping, and scored at least 80 out of 100. Aroma, sweetness, acidity, body and the absence of defects are all marked. It is the highest quality grade of coffee.
That 10 kg of raw mushroom makes 1 kg of extract, so the 500 mg in a cup is drawn from 5 g of Lion’s Mane fruiting body.
No — a cup carries 500 mg of extract, and a daily serving of our capsules carries 1,000 mg. This is coffee with an extract milled into it, not a supplement you drink.
100 mg, all of it from the coffee itself. That is the figure printed on the pack.
Yes, for mycotoxins, in an accredited laboratory (GBA Polska). Aflatoxins came back below the limit of measurement and ochratoxin A well under the EU limit for roasted coffee. The report is linked on this page.
In Poland, in small batches.
Yes. Everything in the bag is plant or mushroom.
We built this one for the first half of the day: the morning, or before a block of focused work. If you want something for later, look at the Chaga & Ashwagandha coffee.
Thirty cups of 11 g, which is 330 g. At one cup a day, a pack lasts a month.
We recommend one. Do not exceed one serving a day, and do not have it at the same time as other sources of caffeine.
In its bag, sealed, at room temperature, somewhere dry and away from light. Keep out of reach of young children.
It is not for children or anyone under 18, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone sensitive to any of the ingredients. It contains caffeine. If you take medication, including antidepressants, or have a long-term condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first.
