Pyridoxal 5’-phosphate is the coenzyme form of B6; methylcobalamin is the methylated form of B12; L-methylfolate is the form of folate the body uses directly. Cheaper complexes use pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin and folic acid, which have to be converted first. All three of ours are named on the ingredient list — you can check.

Between them the eight B vitamins carry claims for energy-yielding metabolism, the nervous system, psychological function, tiredness and fatigue, immune function, red blood cell formation and homocysteine metabolism.
