Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, and vitamin B6 to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Individual experience varies.
The caffeine
A fifth of the caffeine. All of the cup.
It is still a warm mug in the morning or a tall glass over ice in the afternoon. It simply carries 30 mg of caffeine where a large filter coffee carries about 165.
01It is the leaf’s own
Yerba mate is a holly, Ilex paraguariensis. Its leaves carry caffeine; the 30 mg here comes with the extract.
02A fifth of a filter coffee
A large filter coffee is typically around 165 mg, a single espresso about 63.
03One scoop a day
That is the label’s serving. It contains caffeine, so it is not for children or during pregnancy.
04Hot or over ice
A fully soluble instant: it dissolves in cold water as readily as hot.
Coffee figures are typical published values for a standard serving and vary by bean and preparation; the 30 mg is ours, from the label.
How to use it
One scoop. Stir. Done.
Hot in the morning, over ice in the afternoon.
01
Measure one scoop
Six grams is the daily serving.
02

Good to know
It contains caffeine and ginseng: not for children or during pregnancy.

Or in a bottle
Thirty scoops: it goes where the afternoon goes.
