What is inside
Meet the four.
Mushroom Complex is four functional mushrooms in one bottle: Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and Chaga. Each is extracted twice, in hot water and then in alcohol, and the alcohol is evaporated afterwards. The four are blended in equal shares, a quarter each. It is printed on the label, so you never have to guess what a “blend” means.

“It is the only Polish brand on the mushroom supplement market that deserves trust. I have been buying month after month, I know all their products and have tried them all. Everything is as described…”
“Of course the product is great. But here I value the service. From the quick handling of the order, through the very nice packaging, to the after-sales service, which matters most. You can ask, you can talk. Thank you, and I recommend it!”

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Four 10:1 fruiting-body extracts — Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and Chaga — and nothing else besides the capsule shell. No grain, no mycelium, no filler.
An equal share of all four, and it is printed on the label. Capsules: 250 mg of each in the daily two. Powder: 125 mg of each in a scoop, so 375 mg of each at three scoops a day. Drops: the four extracts are a quarter of the blend each.
Buy this if you want breadth — a little of four, in one capsule. Buy a single-species jar if you want a dose: our Lion’s Mane capsules carry 1,000 mg of Lion’s Mane alone, which is four times what a quarter-share of this would be. That is the honest trade and it is the whole decision.
All four at once: Lion’s Mane for focus, Cordyceps for energy, Reishi for calm and Chaga for every day.
Ten kilograms of dried fruiting body concentrated into one kilogram of extract. All four extracts here are 10:1, and all four are fruiting bodies rather than mycelium grown on grain.
Capsules: two a day with water. Powder: three scoops a day, spaced a few hours apart. Drops: under the tongue — no water needed.
It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone under 18. If you take medication, ask your doctor first.
Rather swallow, or stir? The same four mushrooms come as capsules and as a powder.
