Solve App — Privacy Policy
The short version
Solve does not collect your data. There are no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no account is required to use the app.
What stays on your device
Everything the app knows about you lives on your phone and nowhere else:
- your deep work plan, blocks, streak and history
- your training log
- your settings (sounds, timers, appearance)
- a short technical log of any errors, shown under Settings → Problems
None of this is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes all of it. “Reset this device” in Settings does the same without deleting the app.
What leaves your device, and when
Nothing, in normal use. Two optional features talk to a server when you use them:
- The shop. If you browse or buy from the Solve Labs shop inside the app, your requests go to Shopify, which operates our store and processes payment. We never see your card details. Shopify's handling of your data is described in Shopify's privacy policy.
- Signing in (optional, not required for any feature). If you sign in to your Solve Labs shop account, your email and password go directly from your phone to Shopify to verify — they never touch a Solve Labs server.
Notifications
Block and rest alerts are scheduled on your phone by the app and delivered by iOS. No notification data leaves the device.
Children
Solve is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy ever changes — for example, if we add optional error reporting — the change will be described here before it ships.
