Purchase, Subscription Options, and Cancellation Policy
At SOLVE LABS WORLD LTD, we are committed to providing flexible purchasing options and a transparent cancellation process. Below are the details for managing subscriptions, pre-orders, and "try before you buy" purchases, as well as your rights to cancel under UK consumer law.
Subscriptions
How Subscriptions Work:
- By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
- Payments will be securely processed per delivery unless you choose to pay in advance for the entire subscription.
Auto-Renewals:
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You will receive advance notification of the renewal.
- If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel the subscription at any time before the renewal date.
How to Manage or Cancel Subscriptions:
- You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the links provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting our customer support team at contact@solvelabs.world.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery.
Refunds for Subscriptions:
- Any unused portion of a prepaid subscription will be refunded upon cancellation unless otherwise stated.
- Refer to our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy for additional details.
Pre-Orders
What Are Pre-Orders?
- Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or scheduled for future release.
- Depending on the product, you may be required to pay a partial deposit at checkout or provide your payment details for future billing.
Payment and Fulfillment:
- For partially paid pre-orders, the remaining balance will be charged once the product is ready to be shipped.
- You will receive updates regarding the expected fulfillment date.
Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders:
- Pre-orders can be canceled at any time before the item has been fulfilled. To cancel, contact us at contact@solvelabs.world with your order details.
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a return or refund as per our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
Try Before You Buy
How It Works:
- For "try before you buy" purchases, we authorize your payment method for the full amount at the time of order. However, no charge will be made during the trial period.
- You will have a specified trial period (noted at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item(s).
Trial Period and Charges:
- If you decide to keep the item(s), no action is required, and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period.
- If you wish to return the item(s) during the trial period, you must notify us and initiate the return before the trial period expires.
Cancellations and Returns:
- Cancellations of "try before you buy" orders can only occur before the item has been shipped.
- Returned items must comply with the conditions outlined in our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
Your Right to Cancel (UK and EU Consumer Law)
Under the UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, regardless of the reason.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel:
- Notify us of your decision to cancel by emailing contact@solvelabs.world.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including any packaging and accessories, within 14 days of notifying us.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Exceptions:
- Perishable goods, personalized items, or sealed products that are no longer hygienic (e.g., opened health supplements) are not eligible for cancellation.
