Refund policy

At SolveLabs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return, refund, and exchange policies ensure a seamless resolution. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Returns

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Product defects or damage during shipping

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and manuals

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for assistance. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all associated costs.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to EU countries, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • SolveLabs will refund the original purchase amount, including standard shipping costs. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Note: This cooling-off period applies in addition to our 30-day return policy, offering EU customers extra flexibility.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at contact@solvelabs.world with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting images (if applicable)
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Shipping the Item: Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: SolveLabs will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • It may take up to 7 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

If returned items are not in their original condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing accessories), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used consumable products
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window (except under EU regulations)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase by emailing contact@solvelabs.world.
  • Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
