Delivery

When will my order be sent? Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm (UK time), at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. You receive an email with tracking when it leaves.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

The exact options and prices for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Duties or import charges outside the UK and EU are the recipient’s responsibility. Full details: shipping policy.

Returns and the 60-day guarantee

What is the 60-day guarantee? Your first order carries a 60-day guarantee. Take the product as directed for up to 60 days from delivery. If it is not for you, email contact@solvelabs.world with your order number and send it back, even opened, for a full refund of the product.

Can I return an unopened order? Yes, within 60 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we will send the return address.

When do I get my money back? Once the return arrives and is checked, refunds go to the original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. Tell us within 5 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We replace or refund it and cover the cost.

Subscriptions

How does a subscription work? You choose a product and how often it is delivered, and save 20% on every order. You are charged for each delivery when it is sent.

Can I pause, skip or cancel? Yes, at any time, with no minimum term. Use the link in your order emails, sign in to your account, or email us. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, change or cancel at least 24 hours before it is due.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken through Shopify’s secure checkout; we never see or store your card number.

The products

Are your products tested? Yes. Samples are tested by independent laboratories for composition, species identity, heavy metals and microbiology, and the reports are published on the product pages. Testing is periodic and results relate to the tested sample.

Where are they made? In the European Union.

Are they medicines? No. They are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor first. See how we describe our products.
